PA Evaluation Families:

Dear Friends,

2010 Notice and Forms Will Soon Be Available!

All needed forms for 2010 evaluations will soon be available.
Please do not use any forms from previous years. If you do,
I will contact you to submit the correct form and it will delay
the processing time for your portfolio.

Note the following postmark deadlines for this year:
February 12th
March 19th
April 23rd
May 28th

My evaluation notice will be emailed to all of my old and
new families by January 17th, at which time all 2010 forms
will be uploaded to my website.

I look forward to working with you this year and helping you
with your homeschool endeavor.

New Families:
Any new family interested in learning more about my evaluation
services should contact me by email with their questions and include
the following information:

--Parent's name
--School district and county
--Grades and/or ages of school-age children
--Number of years homeschooling
--Who referred you to me

Email  is definitely the best way to reach me this time of year.
I will reply to you as soon as possible, but please give me up
to one to two weeks. Call if you do not have access to email.

I look forward to getting acquainted and supporting you in your
homeschool endeavor!

Erie Diploma Transcript Template: Due to me by 10/10/09 if you are getting an
Erie diploma. Please send it to me as an email attachment by 10/10/09.
