PA Evaluation Families:
Dear Friends,
A warm hello to everyone! I hope your new school year has gotten off to a great start! As usual, you will receive my Evaluation Notice by email in early January. An email has all ready been sent to the families of seniors with information concerning graduation, diplomas, college admissions counseling, etc. If you have a senior, but have not received that email, please contact me right away. Attached to the senior email is the PA Senior Information Request Form that all families must fill out and return to me with any fees due postmarked by October 10, 2008. At the bottom of this page are links to other documents that seniors' families may need to access, so please review that email and form, and take care of this by October 10th. Thanks!
NEW FAMILIES: Any new family interested in learning more about my evaluation
services should contact me by email with their questions and include the following information:
--Parent's name
--School district and county
--Grades and/or ages of school-age children
--Number of years homeschooling
--Who referred you to me
I will reply to you as soon as possible, but please give me up to a week.
I look forward to getting acquainted and supporting you in your homeschool endeavor!

You can use this sheet and its instructions to keep track of your high school student's yearly credit accumulations in preparation of the final transcript. This form is also needed with portfolios sent to me for high school students. Click here.
